Pretty darn good chow hall, does breakfast beat with a to go line that offers burritos with the entire breakfast rolled up in there, bacon, eggs, cheese, tomatoes, and hashbrowns. There is usually a 3 to 4 minute line especially on weekdays in the morning and lunchtime. Evening chow, not so much. The weekends and holidays are usually pretty dead when everyone dips out from base.

Lunch was nice, I had lasagna with rice and vegetables. As I have come to expect with chow halls, it was lightly seasoned. Salt and pepper left the flavor a little wanting. The salad bar is tremendous! Many options there to make a complete meal. As one might write in a log book; "I found the meal of adequate quality and sufficient quantity."

Last time I ate there was May 2008. Loved the made to order omelets. Hell of a lot better than MRE’s and sand.

Not bad but really inconvenient hours especially on weekends and holidays, they were closed on a Monday because John McCain died but all marines on base still had to work. Very shoddy on their part and my guys didn’t get to eat chow all day.
